戴望舒(1905.3.5～1950.2.28)現(xiàn)代詩人。又稱“雨巷詩人”，中國現(xiàn)代派象征主義詩人。戴望舒為筆名，原名戴朝安，又名戴夢鷗。筆名艾昂甫、江恩等。 浙江杭縣( 今杭州市余杭區(qū))人。他的筆名出自屈原的《離騷》：“前望舒使先驅(qū)兮，后飛廉使奔屬 ?！币馑际钦f屈原上天入地漫游求索，坐著龍馬拉來的車子，前面由月神望舒開路，后面由風(fēng)神飛廉作跟班。望舒就是神話傳說中替月亮駕車的天神，美麗溫柔，純潔幽雅。曾赴法國留學(xué)，受法國象征派詩人影響。

胡適(1891.12.17—1962.2.24)，漢族，安徽績溪人。現(xiàn)代著名學(xué)者、詩人、歷史家、文學(xué)家、哲學(xué)家。因提倡文學(xué)革命而成為新文化運動的領(lǐng)袖之一。原名嗣穈，學(xué)名洪骍，字希疆，后改名胡適，字適之，筆名天風(fēng)、藏暉等，其中，適與適之之名與字，乃取自當時盛行的達爾文學(xué)說“物競天擇適者生存”典故。胡適深受赫胥黎與約翰·杜威的影響，自稱赫胥黎教他怎樣懷疑，杜威先生教他怎樣思想。因此胡適畢生宣揚自由主義，提倡懷疑主義，并以《新青年》月刊為陣地，宣傳民主、科學(xué)才能救中國，畢生倡言“大膽地假設(shè)，小心地求證”、“言必有證”的治學(xué)方法。
